CardinalStone hits N2tn transaction value on NGX<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

CardinalStone Securities recorded over N2tn in transaction value on the Nigerian Exchange Limited in 2025, becoming the first stockbroking firm in Nigeria to reach the milestone, according to the Exchange\u2019s latest broker performance report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The firm had earlier crossed the N1tn mark within the same trading year, making it the first broker to exceed both thresholds in a single period and consolidating its position as the NGX\u2019s largest broker by transaction value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CardinalStone accounted for 18.3 per cent of total value traded on the Exchange in 2025, ranking first ahead of Chapel Hill Denham Securities, Stanbic IBTC Stockbrokers, First Securities Brokers, Cordros Securities, Meristem Stockbrokers, EFG Hermes Nigeria, ABSA Securities Nigeria, APT Securities and Funds, and United Capital Securities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collectively, the top 10 brokers executed about N7.3tn in trades, representing approximately 61.8 per cent of the total value traded on the NGX during the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
