PanAfrican Capital Holdings Limited has unveiled a renewed vision to drive Africa\u2019s economic growth as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The milestone was commemorated at a media parley in Lagos, where the group\u2019s leadership reflected on its evolution and outlined strategic ambitions for the continent\u2019s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 2006 through the aggregation of legacy subsidiary businesses of Spring Bank to establish Spring Capital, PAC Holdings has transformed from a focused financial services platform into a diversified proprietary investment group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The firm currently operates across seven sectors, including financial services, real estate and infrastructure, technology and payment systems, agro-allied and FMCG, healthcare, hospitality and entertainment, and renewable energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking at the event, the Group Managing Director, Chris Oshiafi, said the 20th anniversary presented an opportunity to reflect on the firm\u2019s foundations and prepare for its next growth phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTwenty years gives us an opportunity to reflect on where we started, what we have built and, most importantly, what the future requires of us,\u201d Oshiafi said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He noted that unlocking Africa\u2019s vast economic potential requires strategic capital, institutional strength, and long-term value creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur ambition is to continue building businesses and solutions that contribute meaningfully to Africa\u2019s economic development,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to him, the anniversary theme, \u201cIgniting Africa\u2019s Future,\u201d aligns with the group\u2019s mandate to foster collaboration among investors, businesses, governments, and entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also speaking, the Deputy Group Managing Director, Sina Alimi, stated that the firm\u2019s growth trajectory was shaped by strategic partnerships and disciplined capital deployment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur story is not simply about the number of years we have existed. It is about the people, partnerships, businesses and opportunities that have shaped the institution,\u201d Alimi said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He emphasised that the group remains focused on identifying early-stage opportunities and scaling enduring enterprises across African markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On his part, the Group Executive Director, Eric Okoruwa, disclosed that PAC Holdings has facilitated financial transactions across more than 35 countries over the past two decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He noted that the interventions spanned banking, infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, and healthcare, helping to boost investor confidence across emerging and frontier markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, Group Executive Director, Nentok Gomwalk, highlighted that the company\u2019s next phase would prioritise strategic capital allocation and enterprise strengthening under its \u201cSCALE 2030\u201d framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gomwalk added that the initiative would guide the group\u2019s operations toward sustained growth, market relevance, and deeper economic impact across the continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
