She is a B. A graduate of English from the University of Port Harcourt, (1992) and also an MPA graduate from the University of Lagos (2001) with over 30 years working experience which cuts across Customer Service, Administration, Human Resources, Total Quality Management and Training.

In the past 30 years, she was Head, Human Capital Development, Total Quality Manager and Human Resource Manager with Zenith Bank Plc (1999-2006), Administrator, Ajilon USA (2006-2007), HR Manager/PA Community First Bank/Talbert Investments (2007-2008) and Client Service Director/Staffing Coordinator Infinity nursing 2009-2011. She is also the Managing Partner of Clearview Medical Services LLC, Maryland USA, 2011-date.

Mrs. Briggs is a Member of Institute of Directors (MIOD) and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). She has numerous prestigious service awards to her credit and has attended numerous courses both local and International.
