Kolade Prosper Adebayo is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of OGR Asset Management Limited. He is a registered Sponsored Individual of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Kolade holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Akoka, and is also Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

He has over 25 years’ experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Control and Compliance across the financial services sector in Nigeria.

Prior to joining the OGR Asset Management Limited, Kolade was the Group Compliance Manager of the Nigerian Exchange Group Plc. Before joining the Exchange Group, He had served in various capacities within the First Bank Group as Internal Auditor in FBN (Merchant Bankers) Ltd, First Bank Nigeria Ltd as Internal Auditor and Resident Internal Control Officer as well as the Compliance Officer of FBN Capital.
