He is a Founder and Director OGR Asset Management and its affiliate companies. He is also, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, (CIS), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities (MCSI), UK, a Member Chartered Institute of Directors (MCIOD), a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC), a Master Planner Advanced Studies (MPAS), and a Member of Nigerian Institute of Management.

In addition, he has Masters in Economics, Masters in Personal Financial Planning, and he is also a Sponsored Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nigeria.

Mr. Briggs is also President and Founder of Gramel Capital Management LLC, a US based registered investment advisory and asset management firm (RIA).

He has over thirty years graduate experience in administration, marketing, business development, customer service and Advisory services.
