Firm launches in Nigeria to drive strategic execution

Management consulting firm, DAC Consulting, has officially commenced operations in Nigeria, unveiling an integrated 360-degree approach to help organisations bridge the critical gap between strategic planning and execution.
The firm explained that its establishment was driven by the need to address the systemic execution breakdowns that frequently prevent businesses from achieving their full growth potential in a complex economic environment.
Speaking during the official launch, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of DAC Consulting, Adedayo Adedapo, highlighted that while many enterprises possess well-crafted strategies, failure during the execution phase remains a pervasive obstacle.
“Business transformation is most effective when leadership, people, systems, and execution work together,” Adedapo said.
He emphasised that advisory services must go beyond mere recommendations to deliver practical, hands-on implementation support.
“Our role is not simply to recommend solutions but to work alongside our clients to implement practical strategies that improve organisational performance, strengthen capability, and create lasting value,” he added.
Adedapo noted that the firm brings specialised expertise across business process management, product strategy, digital transformation, and customer experience to ensure seamless operational alignment.
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Dr Omotola Dayo-Adedapo, reinforced the imperative of building core organisational capabilities to sustain long-term growth amidst shifting workforce dynamics and rapid technological advancements.
“Every organisation wants to grow, but growth demands more than ambition,” she stated.
She explained that sustainable success requires a synchronised focus across leadership, human capital, operational processes, and product execution.
“It requires the right leadership, capable people, efficient processes, and products that continue to create value in an increasingly competitive environment,” she noted. “At DAC Consulting, we partner with organisations to strengthen these foundations and help them build businesses that are positioned for sustainable success.”
She added that because business challenges rarely exist in isolation, the firm’s diagnostic framework operates across three core pillars—people, process, and product management—to address systemic gaps rather than isolated symptoms.
The entry of new management consulting entities into the Nigerian market comes at a time when domestic businesses are navigating high operational inflation, foreign exchange volatility, talent drain, and rapid digital disruption. Industry studies show that over 60 per cent of corporate strategies globally fail at the execution stage, a challenge exacerbated in emerging markets like Nigeria by regulatory shifts, infrastructural deficits, and skill gaps within local workforces.
As Nigerian corporate institutions restructure to cushion macroeconomic shocks and adopt artificial intelligence and automated workflows, demand for specialised business process improvement, talent retention strategies, and execution-driven advisory services has risen sharply across banking, telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods, and healthcare sectors.
Beyond its core advisory and executive support services, DAC Consulting announced plans to drive institutional excellence across Africa through executive learning programmes, strategic partnerships, and industry-focused thought leadership initiatives.
